NV Leasing Consultant (Spanish Ridge)
About The Position
Olen Living, a large family-owned real estate enterprise with a portfolio of over 17,000 apartments nationwide, is seeking a skilled and motivated, full-time Leasing Consultant for its multi-family apartment community in Las Vegas, NV: Spanish Ridge. The Leasing Consultant will work under the direction of the Property Manager and is responsible for all duties associated with leasing vacant units to maintain a high occupancy rate, as well as assisting with customer service and retention of current residents. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a passion for working with people in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience required.
- Must be well versed with all Fair Housing laws.
- Working knowledge of Office 365 including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Good customer service skills, communication skills, and sales ability.
- Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation.
- Able to work weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with property management software is a plus and willingness and capability to learn new software.
Responsibilities
- Conducts tours of models, vacant apartments, property, and property amenities.
- Utilizes resident, prospect and revenue management software systems for leasing activity such as inquiries, appointments, prospect follow up, quotes, rental agreements, and renewals.
- Maintains closing ratio based upon the needs of the community.
- Processes rental applications in a timely manner for review and final approval of the Property Manager.
- Follows through and assumes accountability for overall move-in program.
- Assists in initiating and closing out service requests.
- Conducts market surveys of comparable properties.
- Assists with outreach marketing program.
- Helps plan, schedule, organize and participate in resident functions.
