Our Leasing Professionals are the face of our communities, welcoming customers and professionally presenting the features and benefits of the communities they serve. Their focus is customer satisfaction, and they strive to embody our motto, “A Friendly Home”, by maintaining a professional courteous attitude while building relationships with co-workers, residents and our trade partners. The Leasing Consultant secures lease agreements from qualified persons and strives to make them and our current residents feel comfortable in their community by listening and responding to customer feedback. They perform all activities in the rental process, including move-in and renewals with guidance from the Property Manager. There is a high level of sales and follow up with prospective residents required in this role. This role is located in Greenwood, SC.

Requirements

Impeccable customer service and sales skills
Self-motivated, skilled time manager
Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in sales required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High School Diploma or G.E.D required
Successful completion of a background check, motor vehicle report, drug test, and possession of a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Property management experience is a plus
Knowledge of Property Management software a plus
NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional) Certificate
Fair Housing Training
BA in Marketing or related field
Yardi software experience

Responsibilities

Secure lease agreements from qualified persons.
Make prospective residents and current residents feel comfortable in their community by listening and responding to customer feedback.
Perform all activities in the rental process, including move-in and renewals with guidance from the Property Manager.
Engage in a high level of sales and follow up with prospective residents.
