About The Position

As a Leasing Consultant, you will integrate your customer service, sales, and marketing skills to support CWS's mission by leasing apartment homes to interested customers. You will manage your own success by attaining leasing goals and building rapport with customers and residents. This position is ideal for driven, service-minded individuals who enjoy selling a product they believe in. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
  • Sales and customer service experience.
  • Able to adhere to a set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies as required.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Able to maintain a professional and ethical atmosphere.
  • Able to perform work responsibilities at locations other than “home” property.
  • Able to travel within major metropolitan areas and may be required to attend company functions in other cities.

  • Knowledge of on-site management operations.
  • Yardi software experience.

  • Make safety a top priority, ensuring the health, well-being, and safety of team members, residents, contractors, and self.
