About The Position

Join our team at The Abbey at Grant Road as a Leasing Consultant and bring your energy and leasing skills to a company that values your hard work and offers room to grow! This role involves giving tours of the property, helping people find the perfect apartment, preparing lease paperwork, assisting with applications, and following up with prospects via phone, email, or text. You will also support marketing and social media outreach, assist with resident events and office operations, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of tour spaces and the leasing office.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
• Great communication and people skills
• Ability to work with leasing software and manage follow-ups
• Organized, dependable, and upbeat
• Weekend availability required

Responsibilities
