About The Position

The Abbey at Conroe is seeking a Leasing Consultant with at least 1 year of leasing or sales experience. This role involves giving property tours, preparing lease paperwork, following up with prospects, assisting with marketing and social media, supporting resident events, and maintaining the leasing office. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, upbeat, and has excellent communication and people skills. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Give tours of the property and help people find the perfect apartment
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist with applications
• Follow up with prospects by phone, email, or text
• Help with marketing and social media outreach
• Support resident events and office operations
• Keep tour spaces and leasing office clean and organized
