About The Position

IRT Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Waterford Landing community. This role is responsible for being the face of the community, building relationships with current and future residents, showcasing homes, and turning prospects into residents through sales expertise. It is a fast-paced role for individuals driven to achieve results in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Proven sales or customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Positive attitude, charisma, and a passion for helping people.
Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and match them with community amenities.
Conduct community tours highlighting the unique lifestyle offered.
Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve leasing goals.
Manage the lease application process.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource on community features, rents, and amenities.
Conduct market research and contribute to marketing plans.
Coordinate resident events to build community and enhance resident satisfaction.
