About The Position

The Fitzgerald is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate plus commission and bonus opportunities. The role involves greeting prospects, conducting property tours, assisting with applications, managing communications, coordinating with maintenance, supporting resident retention, and assisting with daily operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is customer-service driven, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, and is comfortable with technology.

Requirements

• Positive, professional, and customer-service driven
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask in a busy office setting
• Comfortable using a PC and learning new software (Entrata a plus)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings

Nice To Haves

• Previous leasing, hospitality, or high end retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing options
• Assist with applications and collect required documentation
• Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reports
• Maintain marketing materials and participate in outreach efforts
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in
• Support community events and resident retention initiatives
• Assist property managers with daily operations and admin tasks
• Maintain accurate resident files and insurance documentation
