About The Position
The Leasing Consultant serves as the initial point of contact between the public and the company, aiming to project the quality of our product. This role is responsible for successfully leasing apartments by meeting customer needs, assisting in marketing the property, and generating traffic. The Leasing Consultant also helps to provide a quality living environment for residents and promotes positive working relationships with company employees.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Lease apartments
- Ensure model apartments and surrounding areas are lease-ready
- Understand lease terms, policies, and procedures
- Build a strong resident retention program
- Perform administrative tasks related to leasing documentation, move-ins, and reporting
- Must be energetic and have strong sales skills
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
- Drive to different locations
