About The Position
Anza Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to serve as the initial contact between the public and the company, projecting the quality of their product. This role involves successfully leasing apartments by meeting customer needs, assisting in marketing the property and generating traffic, and helping to provide a quality living environment for residents while promoting positive working relationships with company employees. The company is a diverse and growing organization with over 40 years in business, proud to be the first firm headquartered in Orange County to be designated an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Lease apartments
- Ensure model apartments and surrounding areas are lease-ready
- Understand lease terms, policies, and procedures
- Build a strong resident retention program
- Perform administrative tasks related to leasing documentation, move-ins, and reporting
- Must be energetic and have strong sales skills
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
- Drive to different locations
