About The Position

Trinity Property Consultants is a leader in the multifamily industry with over 25 years of experience, managing properties for a nationally ranked NMHC’s Apartment Owner. This role is for a Leasing Consultant who will be the face of the property, providing exceptional customer service, driving leasing goals, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective and current residents. The position offers opportunities for career growth in multifamily property management.

Requirements

At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.

Nice To Haves

Additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g. knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.
Support property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
Conduct move-out inspections and assist with property turnover procedures.
Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards.
