About The Position

Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their Property Management team. This role is responsible for all aspects of leasing production and sales at an assigned apartment community. The Leasing Consultant will provide potential residents with information about the community, model home choices, and the resident living experience. They will bring sales-focused energy to the leasing environment to effectively close sales of available units and positively impact revenue generation. The role involves conducting luxury apartment home tours, assisting with new lease applications and processes, and coordinating the renewal lease process for current residents. Additionally, the Leasing Consultant will follow up on resident questions and concerns, support customer service efforts, and maintain the aesthetics of the community by ensuring the tour path is presentable and assisting with the upkeep of grounds and site cleanliness.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn fair housing regulations required.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Previous work experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service is preferred.
