About The Position

This is a full-time, temporary hire position for a Leasing Consultant supporting two apartment communities, Crosswood Apartments and 1840 Garden. The role is expected to last approximately 3 months. The primary office location will be Crosswood. The position involves a mix of administrative, operational, financial, and resident experience responsibilities, requiring excellent customer service and sales skills.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience
• Reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and ambition for continuous professional development

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
• Comply with appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes
• Attend training and development seminars
• Advertise and promote the property
• Utilize industry specific software for lead management
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents
• Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance
• Maintain resident occupancy of 95%
• Ensure the timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue
• Other duties as assigned by Property Manager
• Engage with your prospective and current tenants using a professional and courteous approach
• Escalate tenant relation issues to Property Manager
• Facilitate resident events
