About The Position

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Leasing Consultant at Melody on Main in Mesa, Arizona. The position represents Mark-Taylor by delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents and creating a positive community experience. The anticipated base pay is $20.00 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics. Requirements

At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
Ability to resolve conflict and provide a high level of customer care.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Goal-oriented, self-starter work ethic.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet prospective and current residents and provide an exceptional experience throughout their interactions with the community.
Conduct detailed, informative tours for prospective residents.
Guide prospective residents through the full application process and follow up with future residents regarding their application status.
Create positive experiences for future and current residents through email, telephone, in-person, and other communication channels.
Maintain resident files, accept rental payments, and actively manage apartment availability and pricing.
Take ownership of the property and help maintain Mark-Taylor’s standards for curb appeal, attention to detail, resident experience, and community culture.
