Requirements
- Outgoing, energetic, and great with people.
- A knack for closing deals and building relationships.
- Quick on your feet with a can-do attitude.
- Comfortable using leasing software and digital marketing tools.
- One year of leasing experience required.
- Weekend hours mandatory!
Nice To Haves
- Previous leasing or sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential residents, showcasing our beautiful properties and helping them find their perfect home.
- Guide prospects through the leasing process with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic approach.
- Assist current residents with top-notch customer service, ensuring they feel at home every day.
- Use your sales savvy to meet leasing goals and contribute to our community's growth.
