About The Position
Axia Residential is expanding across the Southeast and is building a pipeline of high-performing Leasing Consultants for upcoming opportunities. Top candidates in the pipeline will be fast-tracked when positions open. This role involves touring prospects, converting leads into leases, managing inbound communications, maintaining knowledge of pricing and specials, supporting resident retention, and assisting with marketing and community events.
Requirements
- Leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience (multifamily preferred)
- Proven ability to close and hit leasing goals
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working weekends and a dynamic schedule
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Tour prospects and convert leads into leases
- Manage inbound calls, online inquiries, and follow-ups
- Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and specials
- Support resident retention and deliver excellent customer service
- Assist with marketing efforts and community events
