Requirements

• Achieve weekly pre-leasing goals with a greater than 95% occupancy end goal
• Obtain a renewal retention rate of greater than 35%
• Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by staying connected with qualified leads
• Assist with pre-leasing, including communication with current and future residents and participating in promotional events
• Work with the Community Manager to relate rightly with the local college
• Solve problems by overcoming objections
• Lease apartments and use available tools and resources to close the sale
• Support other team members by assisting them as needed
