About The Position

The Leasing Consultant serves as the initial point of contact between the public and Anza Management, aiming to project the quality of the company's product. This role is responsible for successfully leasing apartments by meeting customer needs, assisting in marketing the property, and generating traffic. The Leasing Consultant also plays a role in providing a quality living environment for residents and promoting positive working relationships within the company.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant preferred.
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments
• Ensure model apartments and surrounding areas are lease-ready
• Understand lease terms, policies, and procedures
• Build a strong resident retention program
• Perform administrative tasks related to leasing documentation, move-ins, and reporting
• Must be energetic and have strong sales skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
• Drive to different locations
