About The Position

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of Property Leasing experience
• Frequent need to see small detail and view computer screens
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and multi-task.
• Knowledge of Real Page, One Site, and Velocity rental systems required.

Responsibilities

• Showcase apartment homes and highlight community features and benefits
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and guests
• Build relationships through resident events, outreach marketing, and community engagement
• Serve as a liaison between residents and property staff
• Process lease applications, renewals, and resident paperwork
• Maintain resident files and ensure accurate documentation
• Follow up on leads, renewals, and resident inquiries
• Create a welcoming, professional, and stress-free experience for every resident and prospect
