About The Position

WPM is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate plus commission and bonus opportunities. The role involves greeting prospects, conducting property tours, assisting with applications, managing communication, coordinating with maintenance, supporting resident retention, and assisting property managers with daily operations. The ideal candidate is customer-service driven, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, is comfortable with PC use and new software, and is available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and previous leasing, hospitality, or high-end retail experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for travel between properties.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a PC and learning new software (Entrata a plus)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and Vehicle needed to travel between 3 properties

Nice To Haves

• Previous leasing, hospitality, or high end retail experience preferred
• Entrata experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing options
• Assist with applications and collect required documentation
• Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reports
• Maintain marketing materials and participate in outreach efforts
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in
• Support community events and resident retention initiatives
• Assist property managers with daily operations and admin tasks
• Maintain accurate resident files and insurance documentation
