About The Position

Haverkamp Properties, a 30-year-old family business, is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join their team. The company's purpose is to “Create Communities Where You Love to LIVE” and to “maximize property values.” They are working towards a 10-Year Target of seventeen thousand six hundred units under management. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, assisting with pre-leasing, solving problems, leasing apartments, and supporting other team members. Success in this role is driven by lead generation, lead conversion, and customer fulfillment. The company utilizes EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and provides training and support to its team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by staying connected with qualified leads
• Assist with pre-leasing, including communication with current and future residents, participating in promotional events, and working with the Property Manager to relate rightly with the local college
• Solve problems by overcoming objections
• Lease apartments and use the tools and resources available to close the sale
• Support other team members by assisting them as needed
• Help achieve weekly pre-leasing goals with a greater than 95% occupancy end goal
• Obtain a renewal retention rate of greater than 35%
• Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month
