The Leasing Consultant is responsible for the leasing of all apartments. This includes handling prospective resident phone calls, performing miscellaneous clerical duties, and supporting office personnel. The role requires maintaining a strong customer service philosophy, a comprehensive understanding of lease documents, and accurate data entry. Additionally, the consultant will assist in resident retention programs, inspect apartments for market readiness, and stay informed about competitive communities and market statistics. The position also involves greeting new residents, verifying application data, qualifying potential residents, showing model and available units, and participating in community events. Travel and occasional use of a personal vehicle may be required.
