Requirements

Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing type position.
Ability to interact effectively with everyone.
Demonstrate initiative.
Be a deal closer and not afraid to ask for the sale.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Previous leasing experience.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
Yardi Voyager experience.
College degree.

Utilize sales skills and excellent customer service to attract and retain residents.
Understand resident motivations and customize tours to convince them to live at the community.
