The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for advertising and promoting the property, utilizing industry-specific software for lead management, providing tours to prospective and current residents, and completing the full cycle lease process. This role also involves ensuring compliance with renter’s insurance, maintaining resident occupancy of 95%, and ensuring the timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue. The Leasing Consultant will engage with prospective and current tenants professionally and courteously, escalate tenant relation issues to the Property Manager, and facilitate resident events. The position requires compliance with all Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements, appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes, and attendance at training and development seminars. Other duties may be assigned by the Property Manager.
