Part Time Leasing Consultant
About The Position
As a Part Time Leasing Consultant, you are the first face prospective residents will encounter and that face tells them you’re polished, engaging, and energetic. You have a knack for selling, you’re a people magnet, and your best kept secret is your excellent customer service. You care. A lot. As such, you have the innate ability to figure out what motivates your prospective resident while you customize your tours and convince them that they couldn’t possibly want to live anywhere else. You are constantly on the go in our high energy environment, and you love it. This position offers $22.00 per hour for 32 hours per week Wednesday through Saturday.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing type position.
- Ability to interact effectively with everyone.
- Demonstrate initiative.
- Ability to ask for the sale.
- Professional appearance and projection.
- Computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leasing experience.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
- Yardi Voyager experience.
- College degree.
