About The Position

We are a group of passionate people in the business of managing incredible communities. We are the GO team! This role involves creating the first impression for future residents, making them feel at home, and engaging with current residents to foster a sense of belonging and encourage long-term stays. The position also includes marketing efforts to attract new residents and brainstorming innovative marketing ideas.

Requirements

• At least two years' experience helping customers
• Natural communicator, able to make the complex and scary, simple
• Comfortable communicating on multiple channels such as phone, email, chat, Facebook etc.
• Ability to sell and come up with creative solutions for any problem
• Curious and driven, likes asking questions that hit at the root of the problem and then follow up with more questions
• Believes the details matter
• Flexible and enjoys learning new things and rolling with changes

Responsibilities

• Creating the first impression and making our community feel like home to future residents
• Publishing an engaging Facebook post to attract new residents
• Conducting a virtual tour for those future residents that are time-strapped and can’t make it over to the community
• Hosting a community event assuring current residents feel a sense of belonging and stay for the long term. Such as a ‘Spooky Paws’ pet Halloween costume contest
• Responding to a future resident question about some of our amazing community amenities
• Brainstorming with the marketing team on fresh community marketing ideas. Such as showcasing ‘a day in the life’ on TikTok.
