About The Position
OneWall Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant to implement the leasing and marketing program for their apartment community. This role is crucial in promoting a positive image, ensuring full occupancy, and supporting management with resident programs and retention.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales and leasing experience required, preferably in property management.
- Excellent customer relations experience.
- Competence in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and community software applications.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
- Effectively present information to owners, residents, and employees of the organization.
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community, closing the sale, processing applications in a timely manner, and following up with prospects.
- Assist apartment complexes with achieving and maintaining high occupancy rates.
- Maintain current information on all aspects of a community including size, special features, expiration of current leasing agreements and pricing.
- Responsible for the oversight and coordination of the orientation of new residents.
- Assist property management team with rent collection as needed.
- Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday schedule.
