Western National Property Management is looking to fill a Leasing Consultant position at El Cordova Apartment Homes, a 304-unit community located in Carson, CA. Requirements

Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing type position.
Ability to interact effectively with everyone.
Demonstrate initiative.
Ability to close deals and ask for the sale.
Professional appearance and projection.
Computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Previous leasing experience.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
Yardi Voyager experience.
College degree.
