Responsibilities
- Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
- Provide intensive, professional customer service to prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.
- Act as a welcoming and helpful presence to all current and prospective residents and customers.
- Respond professionally to walk-in, telephone, and e-mail inquiries.
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled tours of the property.
- Prepare lease and lease renewal documentation.
- Assist in coordinating resident/community events and gatherings.
- Assist in coordinating resident/community maintenance service requests.
- Accurately record required data using Yardi Property Management software.
- Prepare and generate documents and reports, manage routine processes and correspondence.
- Collaborate to support property marketing strategies consistent with established procedures.
- Assist in coordinating and updating advertisements and listings, especially via third-party Independent Listing Services (ILS).
- Provide general administrative support for the Community Director, and other duties as assigned.
- Maintain timely and accurate recordkeeping to ensure property compliance according to affordable housing standards.
