About The Position

With over 12,000 apartment units developed and 4,000 in the pipeline, Ovation has a diverse portfolio including Class A, active adult, and affordable senior units. The firm is committed to enhancing lives and communities through its expansion. They are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Affordable Housing Leasing Agent professionals, preferably with Onesite knowledge, for a property in Las Vegas known for its high-quality resident lifestyle.

Requirements

• 3 years Leasing Agent experience
• Strong communication/computer skills
• Exceptional organization skills
• Ability to multi task
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional Appearance
• Ability to work well with managers and other personnel
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Nice To Haves

• LIHTC / Section 42 experience preferred
• Onesite knowledge
• YieldStar knowledge is a great plus
