About The Position

The Part-time Leasing Consultant provides customer service to qualified leads, supports pre-leasing and resident communications, helps promote the property, and leases apartments using available tools and resources. Responsibilities
- Stay connected with qualified leads and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist with pre-leasing, including communicating with current and future residents, participating in promotional events, and working with the Community Manager to build relationships with the local college.
- Overcome objections and solve problems.
- Lease apartments and use available tools and resources to close sales.
- Support other team members as needed.
- Contribute to weekly pre-leasing goals, a greater-than-95% occupancy goal, a renewal retention rate above 35%, and a monthly property delinquency rate below 1.5%.
