Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for college coursework—think of it as extra XP).
2+ years of recent leasing experience in the multifamily game, showing you’ve got the skills to pay the bills.
A customer-obsessed mindset from retail, hospitality, or similar gigs, radiating a liking that wins over prospects and residents.
Next-level communication and people skills to charm, persuade, and inspire like a pro.
Tech-savvy chops with RealPage/OneSite, Microsoft Office, and internet know-how to navigate like a digital nomad.
Killer organization to juggle tasks and keep the chaos in check.
Knowledge of apartment fair housing laws to stay legit and confident.
A valid driver’s license (if you’re rolling in a golf cart, depending on the spot) and a smartphone to stay locked in.

Jump into marketing strategies, from executing digital outreach efforts to hitting up local businesses and apartment locators. Your hustle will boost our digital cred and drive traffic, tapping into scarcity to hype limited availability.
