About The Position

Community Housing Partners (CHP) is looking for a motivated and people-focused Leasing Consultant II to join their team. The day-to-day activities include touring apartments, assisting new residents, coordinating move-ins, supporting resident retention, and collaborating with property management and compliance teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of leasing or property management experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain Fair Housing certification within six months of hire

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting prospective residents with warmth and professionalism
• Conducting community and apartment tours
• Managing leasing applications and move-in documentation
• Supporting lease renewals and resident retention efforts
• Coordinating move-in and move-out inspections
• Maintaining resident files and ensuring compliance standards are met
• Collaborating closely with property management and compliance teams
