This role involves providing outstanding customer service, assisting the Property Manager, solving problems, leasing apartments, and supporting team members. Success in this role is driven by clear processes in Lead Generation, Lead Conversion, and Customer Fulfillment. The company trains its team for success and emphasizes shared responsibility. This position is accountable for hitting specific numbers, including weekly leasing goals with a 95%+ occupancy goal, obtaining a renewal retention rate of 35%+, and effectively maintaining a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month. The company operates on EOS, ensuring leaders provide clear directions, necessary tools, delegate appropriately, understand roles, set clear expectations, communicate well, conduct effective meetings, and meet one-on-one regularly.
