Leasing & Community Operations Coordinator
About The Position
Culdesac is expanding its team and seeking a dynamic, full-time Leasing and Community Operations Coordinator to join them on-site at their Culdesac Tempe neighborhood office. In this role, you will be the face of the community, bridging the gap between innovative leasing sales and exceptional neighborhood hospitality. You will play a pivotal part in growing the community by driving lead generation, guiding prospective residents through the unique neighborhood, and ensuring current residents love where they live. This is an opportunity for a people-first operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment to help build the future of housing.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, attracting prospects, nurturing and educating them to convert into residents.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and diffusing difficult situations.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for understanding the brand and interest in sharing it with new prospects.
- Willing to work on-site.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to walk for potentially extended periods of time and use stairs.
- Ability to sit, stand, reach, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time.
- Requires weekend and some evening hours.
- Prioritizes a lifestyle leveraging public transportation, micromobility, and other alternatives to private cars.
