About The Position

Lion Real Estate Group is looking for a Bilingual Leasing Associate who’s a natural people-person—someone lovable, outgoing, and social. You’ll be the face of one of our beautiful communities, The Stella in Irving, TX, connecting with future residents, marketing with creativity, and helping people find their perfect home. This is a full-time opportunity where you’ll be paid well, earn commissions, and enjoy a career where fun and success go hand in hand. In addition to your hourly pay, you will earn competitive commissions for every apartment you lease, plus renewal commissions.

Requirements

Professional, dependable, and excited to grow in real estate
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

Greet and tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm
Lease apartments and earn commission while doing it
Promote our properties on social media—bring your personality online
Build relationships and connections that make people feel at home
Get creative with marketing and outreach efforts
Work alongside a supportive, fun-loving team
