Lion Real Estate Group is looking for a Leasing Associate for Willow Apartments in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, social, and enjoys connecting with people. The Leasing Associate will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, responsible for marketing properties creatively, and assisting individuals in finding their ideal homes. Responsibilities
- Greet and tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm
- Lease apartments and earn commission
- Promote properties on social media
- Build relationships and connections with residents
- Engage in creative marketing and outreach efforts
- Work alongside a supportive team
