About The Position

As a Leasing Associate, you will facilitate the leasing journey from first inquiry to signed lease, acting as the primary sales contact for prospective tenants. This is a high-impact, head office role focused on lead conversion and customer experience. You will engage prospects through phone, email, and digital platforms, guiding them through availability, pricing, and application steps while partnering with onsite teams who conduct property tours. Your goal is to convert interest into approved, signed leases quickly and efficiently, using technology to streamline the process and deliver a seamless experience.

Requirements

• Two years of sales or sales support experience is required.
• Resilient & solution oriented: You don’t take “no” at face value, you find alternatives and keep prospects engaged.
• Strong communicator: You can build trust and excitement without being face-to-face.
• Highly organized: You thrive managing multiple prospects and timelines without missing details.
• Team collaborator: You work seamlessly with onsite and head office teams to deliver a great prospect experience.
• Tech-comfortable: You’re confident using CRMs, leasing platforms, and digital tools to manage your pipeline.
• Flexible: Willing to participate in a rotating weekend schedule to support a 7-day leasing operation.
