About The Position

As a Leasing Associate at Zekelman Industries’ FLATZ 602 community in Phoenix, AZ, you will play a key role in driving occupancy by delivering a professional and welcoming experience to prospective residents while showcasing the community’s lifestyle and amenities. The Leasing Associate manages the full leasing cycle—from initial inquiry through move-in—ensuring every interaction reflects high service standards. Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (residential property management preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to speak Spanish is required
• Proficient in CRM platforms, leasing software, and digital tools
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Professional presentation with a confident, goal-driven closing ability
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations preferred
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some evenings
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents while scheduling property tours
• Promote apartment features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefits
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease documentation in compliance with company policies
• Facilitate renewals, move-ins, and move-outs to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Maintain an organized leasing pipeline using CRM and follow-up systems
• Support resident retention efforts and execute lease renewal campaigns
• Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to generate leads
• Ensure model units and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and tour-ready
• Assist with planning and executing resident events and promotional activities
• Promote and uphold workplace safety in compliance with regulations and company policies
