About The Position
Churchill Residential is looking for an energetic Leasing/Lifestyles Coordinator for its Evergreen at Mesquite Senior Living Community, Tax Credit, 209 units. This position is responsible for serving as the property’s leasing representative, greeting prospects, professionally present the features and benefits of the community, and secure lease agreements from qualified persons. Plans and coordinates resident services activities. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to Fair Housing and ADA. Must have tax credit experience.
Requirements
- Tax credit experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous leasing experience in related industry
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Compliance with TDHCA guidelines
- Conformity to Fair Housing and ADA
