About The Position

NTS is seeking a Leasing Associate for Sagemont, a luxury apartment community in Dallas, Texas. This role is a sales and customer service position where you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, both in person and remotely. You will utilize your sales, customer service, and marketing skills to build relationships, introduce potential residents to the community, and guide them through the leasing process. The ideal candidate is confident, creative, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. While NTS will provide training in property management and leasing, candidates are expected to bring their existing skills to the team.

Requirements

Proven ability to sell and provide customer service.
Excellent communication skills demonstrating verbal and written expression, active listening, and ability to maintain interpersonal relationships.
Ability to identify strengths & weaknesses with alternative sales approaches.
Prioritization & organization of time and customers.
Computer savvy with experience operating computer systems, specifically Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to work Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

Yardi experience preferred.
College degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents via phone, online, or in person.
Utilize sales, customer service, and marketing skills to build relationships with prospective residents.
Introduce prospective residents to the NTS community.
Meet with prospective residents, establish connections, and showcase the benefits of choosing Sagemont as their home.
Attract new residents by reaching out and understanding their needs.
Address the needs of prospective residents and close sales.
Manage multiple prospects, existing residents, walk-ins, and follow-ups efficiently.
Maintain a professional image with meticulous attention to personal appearance.
