Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Passion for helping people and building relationships

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) a plus!

Responsibilities

Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities
Build relationships with prospects and convert leads into leases
Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and text communications
Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
Support community marketing and outreach initiatives
Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and guests
