About The Position

Lion Real Estate Group is looking for a Leasing Associate who’s a natural people-person—someone lovable, outgoing, and social. You’ll be the face of our beautiful communities, connecting with future residents, marketing with creativity, and helping people find their perfect home. This position will be based at our East View location and will also lease units at our other three Los Angeles properties as needed.

Requirements

Sales-minded with a strong ability to close leases

Responsibilities

Greet and tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm
Lease apartments and earn commission while doing it
Promote our properties on social media—bring your personality online
Build relationships and connections that make people feel at home
Get creative with marketing and outreach efforts
Work alongside a supportive, fun-loving team
