Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
1+ years experience in apartment leasing and/or property management
3+ years experience in marketing, preferably in multifamily housing industry
Proficiency with Craigslist, Facebook, and other social media platforms
Travel within the region required
Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Driver's license and required transportation required

Nice To Haves

Yardi and CRMiQ experience preferred
Training experience a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and update property marketing plans
Create and maintain leasing and marketing collateral
Analyze market surveys to recommend rate and specials adjustments
Stay current on regional and industry marketing trends
Coach underperforming properties through call monitoring and feedback
Train and mentor on-site leasing staff
Manage digital marketing campaigns, listings, and online reputation
Audit on-site marketing, leasing activity, and lease files
Deliver regular performance reporting across properties and staff
Track and analyze website traffic and marketing performance
