525 Historic Kempsville is currently seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will help prospective residents find their new home while creating a welcoming and positive experience for current residents. Responsibilities
- Showcase apartment homes and community amenities to prospective residents
- Build strong relationships with current and future residents
- Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident retention
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and online
- Support occupancy and community goals through professionalism and teamwork
