About The Position

Evergreen Residential is seeking experienced Leasing Agents passionate about customer service and thriving in a fast-paced environment to join their team. The primary objective is to market and manage single-family residential properties from readiness for listing through resident move-in. This field-based position will serve properties in the Baltimore, Maryland area.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales/marketing experience in the Property Management industry required.
  • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the designated market of this posting.
  • Current and valid driver's license.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and people skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and prospect/resident management systems.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to consistently meet goals and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Champion each home in marketing by "owning" its condition from the end of construction/renovation until a resident moves in, through inspections, visits, and onsite sparkle cleans.
  • Meet weekly with the Revenue Management department to review pricing and property issues/concerns.
  • Confirm all homes have marketing photos, are in acceptable condition for marketing, and have no access issues.
  • Complete post-turn visits within 2 days of release from construction to confirm marketability.
  • Track maintenance needs and concerns for marketed homes as raised by prospects or found during property walks.
  • Conduct in-person move-in orientations as needed.
  • Serve as a field representative for Evergreen Live, including appearances in Eviction Court, Eviction Lockout, and Utility Connection.
  • Maintain prospect dashboard on the online system with accuracy and oversight within required timeframes.
  • Troubleshoot self-showing errors and facilitate showings in person as needed.
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies regarding the leasing process.
  • Finalize lease agreements for all leases within the relevant markets in the required timeframe.
  • Manage prospects through daily follow-up (texts/phone calls/emails).
  • Communicate with prospects before and after self-tours and facilitate online portal setup and onboarding.
  • Ensure all marketed homes are properly published and syndicated to company-approved/required 3rd party websites.
  • Post homes aged in marketing longer than fourteen days to the MLS and maintain/update listing statuses during the application process.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and exhibit competency in all prospect/resident interactions (phone, email, written, in-person).
  • Maintain active Real Estate Licenses, required continuing education, and Board of Realtor/MLS membership.
  • Perform other activities as assigned by the manager.
