About The Position
The Medve Group, Inc. is seeking a highly energetic, sales driven leasing professional to interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy at Plantations at Lafayette and Grove at Plantation.
Responsibilities
- Supports the overall marketing efforts of the community.
- Provides information about the apartments and the community to the prospective residents.
- Effectively explains all lease and community policies to new and current residents.
- Collects security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with resident moves.
- Prepares monthly competitive survey reports and analyzes the real estate market trends.
- Attends and assists in the coordination and organization of resident relations and activities, such as newsletters, parties, etc.
