We are seeking a Leasing Consultant with strong customer service and organizational skills for our senior apartment community, Cromwell House, located in the Wards Corner area of Norfolk. In this role, you will help prospective residents find their new home while creating a welcoming and positive experience for current residents. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Showcase apartment homes and community amenities to prospective residents
- Build strong relationships with current and future residents
- Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident retention
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and online
- Support occupancy and community goals through professionalism and teamwork
