About The Position

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) delivers smart, data-driven property and asset management solutions across Texas. We specialize in maximizing occupancy, optimizing operations, improving turnover speed, and creating high-quality resident experiences across multifamily, affordable housing, and build-to-rent communities. We are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to support leasing operations at our multifamily community. This role focuses on prospect engagement, property tours, applications, follow-ups, and resident service while supporting leasing and occupancy goals.

Requirements

1+ year of multifamily leasing or property management experience preferred.
Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
Experience with CRM or property management software preferred.
Strong follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements preferred.
Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to prospect inquiries and conduct timely follow-ups.
Conduct property tours and present available apartments, amenities, pricing, and lease terms.
Assist prospects with applications and leasing requirements.
Support the leasing process through move-in.
Maintain accurate prospect and resident records.
Assist with renewals, transfers, and resident retention.
Provide professional resident service and address leasing questions.
Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams.
Support marketing, outreach, and community leasing activities.
Maintain accurate leasing documentation and records.
Follow Fair Housing and property-specific requirements.
Support leasing, sales, and occupancy goals.
