About The Position
We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Become the friendly, public face of our property and a key representative of the management office for all current and prospective residents.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED required
- Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
- Preferred leasing and marketing experience
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Availability to work Mondays - Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
- Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
- Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
- Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments
