About The Position

Looking for an experienced leasing professional for two Clinton Township apartment communities. Candidates must be able to travel and work at two different sites as days will be split between the two. Candidates must also have LIHTC and Tax Credit experience. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in attracting potential residents, ensuring high occupancy rates, and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

LIHTC and Tax Credit experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management software.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in leasing or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of local rental market trends and regulations is a plus.
additional certifications in real estate or property management are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Interact with prospective residents, providing them with detailed information about available units, amenities, and leasing terms.
Conduct property tours, showcasing apartment units and amenities, and address any inquiries potential residents may have.
Assist applicants through the leasing process, explaining lease terms, conditions, and rental agreements.
Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and resident interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective residents, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience.
